Legoland Day #8

All three of my boys are way into Legos.  They love all the movies, minifigures, and anything you can build.  We even converted our train table into a Lego table to make more room for their collection.  So needless to say, we knew it was time to check out this awesome land.  The boys were super excited for this part of our trip and this place did not disappoint them.  Marc and I would have preferred more exciting rides, but since our boys are not quite the thrill seekers these days, this was the perfect place for them.  We stayed at the park from open until close and then went to the aquarium afterwards.  The boys were exhausted and immediately passed out once we got to the hotel.  Be prepared for picture overload!

We were surprised by the lack of crowds on a Sunday.  The next day was super crowded, so we were glad that we did everything the first day.

Everything is awesome!

Training with Master Wu.

The submarine ride was the newest addition to the park this summer.  It was the highlight of Legoland and my boys couldn't wait to go on it. I am extremely claustrophobic and refuse all rides with an enclosed area, especially ones that then submerge you under water.  The boys really wanted me to go on with them.  I explained my fear to the ride attendants and they let our little family of five have our own submarine.  They normally pack it full of people!  I was able to freak out, without other people seeing me.  And it wasn't very crowded in there, so I was able to calm down and enjoy the ride with my kids.  I sat out the second time they want on it though.  I was very grateful for those awesome attendants!

Mason felt that he was ready for a real driver's license after this ride.

Noah was very excited about his first roller coaster ride.  Dylan and Mason wouldn't even go near the ride.  Noah's reaction didn't help either.  He was crying hysterically once it ended and did not like it.

Sea Life Aquarium

Shark!

We did not spend much time here as this is the same aqaurium we have at AZ Mills.  The kids still loved it though.
