A Tribute to Grandma Boileau

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of a beautiful, caring, giving woman, Anne Boileau.  My mother-in-law is now in heaven with her beloved son, Jon.  We will miss her terribly, but think about her fondly and remember all of the wonderful times we shared.  xoxoxo

Our Phoenix wedding
Mason and Grandma Boileau Christmas 2012
Mason loves his grandma sooooooo much!  And she LOVED him!
I am sad to announce the passing of Aunt Dot the same week.  These were two amazing women and I am honored to have known them!

Here is her obituary:

There was much rejoicing in Heaven as Anne Boileau of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away to be with her Lord and Savior on July 7, 2013.

Born to Leo and Burga Andreshak on May 20th, 1937 in Wausau, Wisconsin. She was the youngest of 4 children.

In 1958, Anne graduated in the top of her class from St. Mary's School of Nursing in Milwaukee.  She received an award upon graduation in the area of leadership and character.

Married to Richard John Boileau in 1959, they moved to Scottsdale, AZ to begin their adventures of a new life together. Together they raised their six children in attending church, school activities, camping & traveling.  Later in life, Anne was always active with family and friends, attending Scottsdale Bible Church, volunteering, gardening, collecting donations for charities, Motorola activites, A.A. and baking the best bread and tasty treats.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Leon and Peter and her beloved guardian angel son, Jon Pierre.

Survivors include her brother Michael Andreshak, and her children: Therese Boileau, Michelle (Steve) Trussell, Genevi'eve Stockfisch, Christopher Boileau and Marc (Jill) Boileau.

Surviving grandchildren include: Taryn Stockfisch, Halley Stockfisch, Taylor Stockfisch, Danielle Trussell, Jon Trussell, Mason Boileau and a set of Boileau twins arriving in December, as well as numerous nieces  and nephews.

She lived to serve others and her passion was in helping those who were suffering and in pain, to find hope and joy.  We will all greatly miss having you in our lives, but know you are with us in spirit, and we look forward to a joyous family reunion with you in the eternal life.
She loved all people.... and all people loved her. Bloom where you are planted!

A celebration of her life will be held at Scottsdale Bible Church on Saturday, July 20th at 10:00am. We are asking for everyone to wear bright, bold colors in honor of her vibrant personality here on earth.
