Pumpkin Patch

We took the kids to the Desert Botanical Gardens a few weeks ago.  Austin works there and was able to get us into their Great Pumpkin Patch.  The positive points from the day were it was free and we got pumpkins.  The rest of it was not so great.  It was extremely hot, the kids were cranky, and the place was so crowded that we had to wait an hour to get to the pumpkins and another hour to to get back to our stroller.  We weren't allowed to walk and had to take the tractor ride, which the kids did enjoy, but the waiting made it not so fun.  It is going to take some serious convincing to get Marc to go to another pumpkin patch next year.  At least we got cute pictures!

Brotherly love!

Dylan refused to take a picture.

Everyone was all smiles around the pumpkins.

Noah decided to use this big pumpkin as a chair.

Dylan had to copy Noah, so he took a seat as well.

1 out of 3 kids smiling is a success to me!

Thank goodness for technology because this is the only thing that stopped the boys from whining and crying.
