My 2 Favorite 2-Year-Old Boys

I love when Jackson and Mason get to spend time together. These boys are growing up very fast, so it is extremely important that they get in plenty of bonding time.

These little guys love playing in Grandma's backyard

Best Friends Forever!

They had the best time playing at Toys R Us. It is even better that they don't ask us to buy them anything. They are very content playing with the toys in the boxes. Jackson's reaction to each toy was priceless! His excitement brought a smile to each of our faces!

The force is strong with this one!

30 Week Belly Shot

I am the same size now that I was with Mason a few days before I went into labor.  I have 8 weeks left until these boys arrive. OMG! How much bigger is my belly going to get?!?!

Cardboard City 2013

For the last few months, I have been the community service liaison for the company in which I am working.  The charity we have been focusing on is Family Promise. They are an organization that helps homeless families get back on their feet.  They provide them with the necessary tools to aide them in finding a job and getting their own place.  Family Promise is also the only organization that allows pets, so people don't have to lose their precious animals on top of everything else they may have lost.  I have visited the facility numerous times and the people there are amazing.  This weekend was their annual Cardboard City event.  A group of us from work made cardboard houses and spent the evening at Scottsdale Stadium.  The purpose was to get the feeling of what it would be like to live on the streets.  We were able to raise $7,800 for this event.  I am so fortunate to work for such a giving company and to have the support of my wonderful coworkers in joining me and my family in spending a Saturday night under the stars in a cardboard house.

29 Weeks in the New House

My Big Belly Measuring at 37 Weeks!
The Boys' Bathroom
Mason Waking Up in his Big Boy Bed

I had my 28 week check-up last week and both boys are very healthy and perfect! I can no longer justify the names Danny and Arnold because they are just about the same size. In fact, Danny is slightly bigger now weighing in at 2 lbs. 11 oz.  Arnold is 2 lbs. 10 oz. I have 6 pounds of babies in my belly already! I thought that was big, but they are both average size, measuring in the 52nd percentile. I am not used to that because Mason was and still is always in the 85th percentile and up. Their heartbeats were strong and they are just adorable. Danny is breach, but Arnold isn't, so they are literally butting heads on a regular basis. I guess it starts in the womb because I am pretty sure they will be "butting heads" as they grow up!  Those poor little guys must be claustrophobic though:(  We better come up with names soon! 8 weeks from today they will be here:)

We officially moved into our new house. Mason is so happy. Whenever we leave to go anywhere he says,"I want to stay in new house." He plays on the stairs, in the backyard, in the designated play area and the babies' room. He can't get enough of this house, and neither can Marc and I! We are so happy:) As we get settled in, I will post more pictures.

Mason is officially out of the crib and it was such an easy transition for him. He doesn't leave the bed until I come and get him. On Sunday morning, he came up to me and said, "Mommy, I tired." So we went into his room, he laid down, I kissed him, and he took a 2 hour nap! I am obsessed with this sweet boy!!!  I hope he stays this way forever!

Our New Home

Mason's Favorite Spot

I haven't been able to post lately because we have been in the process of buying a new house! We love our little home that we lived in together for 10 years (Marc lived there for 20!), but we needed more space for our growing brood.  We have been frantically packing, painting, fixing, etc. to get ready for the big move this weekend. I have to give a lot of credit to Marc, my mommy, Momma, and Jaime! I wouldn't have been able to do anything without their help and support.  These twins have been kicking my butt lately:( The house looks great and I am beyond excited to start the next chapter of our lives here! More pictures to come as we get settled in.
