Back in December, Marc and I along with Jen and Mike went to San Antonio, Texas. Jen and I have an office there and we visited it often throughout the year, so we decided to attend their Christmas Party. Even though it was gray, gloomy, and rainy the entire time, we still made the best of it and had a great adult's only weekend. We ate delicious food, walked along the Riverwalk, went to a tamale festival, toured the Alamo, went to a comedy show, and even checked out some museums. Thanks Jaime for watching the boys!

The party was held at an antique car museum. They also had random life size cutouts around the museum. |

The centerpieces were polaroid cameras. We had too much fun taking pictures everywhere!

The boys loved this picture because this Jeep looks like Sarge from the movie Cars.

There were lots of museums across from the Alamo. This was the Guinness World Book of Records museum. Jen and I look extra small standing in front of the tallest man (wax figure) in the world! |

Another favorite picture for the kiddos! |

This picture cracks me up! |

Touring the Alamo was not the most fun in the rain, but I did learn a lot about it. Unfortunately the weather put a damper on our Riverwalk experience (pun intended), but at least Marc still got to see it. It was really magical during this time of year because there were Christmas lights everywhere. We will have to go back again when the weather is better!
This was from the balcony of our hotel. The clouds completely covered the top half of the building. We were happy to see sunshine when we landed in Phoenix!
