Easter 2016

We had a jam packed super fun Easter celebration.  We started the morning at church and then brunch at my mom's house.  We ate some amazing food, opened tons of Easter baskets, hunted for eggs, and had a great time.  We also had a few wardrobe changes so that the boys could play in the dirt and keep their Easter outfits somewhat clean.  Dylan was shy and quite whiny, but overall the boys had fun.  We spent the afternoon at PeePaw's house and ate more food and played with more toys.  It was a busy day, but I wouldn't have changed a thing!  Happy Easter!

Happy Easter!  This was one of the best pictures after taking thousands.  Poor Dylan does have his first (probably of many) shiners.  He is out of the crib now (Noah is still in a crib) and we can't figure out what happened while he was sleeping. He woke up crying the other morning after a loud thump came from the room.  His eye swelled up throughout the day and got perfectly black and blue just in time for Easter!

Mason and Jackson will be best friends forever!

Dylan refused pictures at this point, but these two were adorable!
So happy to find an egg, but the excitement wore off quickly and he was over hunting for eggs.
The older boys were running around like crazy searching for eggs.

Sebastian had fun too, but he wasn't as aggressive as Mason and Jackson.
Dylan got in on the action as long as he was with Austin.

Cracking confetti filled eggs on cousin David's head was a highlight of the day.

 Winners!

Jackson was a natural with the bat!  He was hitting line drives.

Mason finally got one good hit.

Heart Walk 2016

I love working for a company that is extremely generous and always encouraging employees to give back to the community.  This was our second year of raising money for the American Heart Association and we had approximately 40 people attend this event.  Unfortunately, we had an employee pass away of a massive heart attack in the office last July.  We dedicated our walk to him and it was so fantastic to see the support from so many of our people and their families.

This man loves our boys with all of his heart!

I put Mason to work behind our booth.  He was great at passing out stickers.

Noah was trying to make out with Isabella.  Such a lover that one!

Karate

Mason hasn't really expressed any interest in sports as of yet. He has told us numerous times that he wants to do karate like the Ninja Turtles though. We decided to sign him up for a free session to see if he liked it. He enjoyed the one on one time with the trainer and fighting with the props, but he didn't want to go back anymore. I am going to look for another place that may not be as expensive before I officially sign him up. At least we got some cute pictures of him! Sorry for the poor quality. They were taken with Marc's phone.

These two were very content hanging outside eating fruit snacks, even though Dylan's expression shows otherwise.  Lol!

Sea Life Aquarium

We took the kids to the Arizona Mills Mall for a visit to the Sea Life Aquarium.  The aquarium was super crowded, which made it challenging to get around, but the kids had a blast.  At first, Noah and Dylan were hesitant and even stayed in their stroller.  Once they saw all of the awesome sea life creatures, then they were running around and we couldn't contain them.  We will definitely visit this aquarium again, but probably not on a weekend when everyone else is there.

Mason is ready to dive in!

These two were not excited about this adventure at first.  This picture was taken prior to the meltdown.

All smiles now!

Mason loved going around each section and finding the answers for his passport, and then giving himself a stamp.

The boys loved watching the sea turtles and sting rays through the glass bottom floor.

Time for a stamp!

After the aquarium, we decided to walk around the mall.  Mason was very excited when we came across a Storm Trooper at the Disney Store.

Our plan was to eat lunch at the Rainforest Cafe.  Unfortunately, we did not make reservations and they were jam packed.  We promised the kids that we will definitely make another visit here soon.
